Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility & muscular strength & endurance movements. Pilates has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes.

Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates, who believed mental and physical health were closely connected. His method was influenced by Western forms of exercise, including gymnastics, boxing and Greco-Roman wrestling
