At Evesham Leisure Centre, our Tanita Body Composition Scales are now fully integrated with EGYM. That means your health data, including body fat, muscle mass, metabolism and more, syncs directly with your EGYM profile, giving you a complete overview of your fitness journey.

Starting With Egym

Smart strength training that adapts to you.

Our EGYM machines automatically set the right resistance, tempo and range of motion for your workout, helping you train safely and effectively every time.

  • You’ll need one of the following to log in to the machines:

    • Blue Rivers wristband, or

    • Black EGYM wristband

    • Tap your wristband on the machine’s login point

    • The machine will guide you through a strength test

    • Follow on screen instructions, it only takes a minute

    • Once your strength test is done, all EGYM machines adjust themselves to your personal setup

    • Just tap your wristband each time you train

    • All workouts sync to the EGYM app

    • View your training plan, progress and activity levels anytime

    • Download the EGYM app from the App Store or Google Play and create your account.

    • Speak to a Fitness Instructor at Evesham Leisure Centre — they’ll help set you up and link your account to your Tanita body composition profile.

    • Collect your EGYM wristband (or use your existing one if you already have one).

    • Once connected, your data will automatically sync between the EGYM app, Smart Strength machines, and the Tanita scales.

  • Your EGYM wristband is your personal key to the system. Simply tap it on the Smart Strength machines or Fitness Hub to log in instantly. It loads your personal training programme, automatically adjusts the resistance, and records your workout data, no setup needed each time.

  • Yes! The EGYM app integrates with several popular fitness apps and wearables such as Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit and Garmin. This allows you to combine your gym training with daily activity, sleep, and cardio data, giving you a complete view of your health and fitness in one place.

  • EGYM recommends completing regular reassessments, typically every six weeks, to ensure your training programme and BioAge stay accurate. Your Fitness Instructor can schedule these for you.

  • No problem, just visit reception or speak to a member of the fitness team. They can issue a replacement (£5) or provide a temporary login so you can continue training without interruption.

  • All your results, from body composition and strength tests to BioAge progress, are saved securely in your EGYM app.
