  • HOW CAN I START A BOOKING ONLINE?

    Sign up online for either a membership or pay-as-you-go account here: https://riversfitness.gs-signature.cloud/JoinatHome. Existing members need to contact reception to set up your login details. Once in download our mobile app to start easy booking.

    CAN I BOOK ACTIVITIES AT ANY CENTRE?

    Yes, you can book activities at Droitwich Spa, Evesham & Pershore leisure centres.

    HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK?

    Rivers members can book 7 days in advance. Casual members can book 2 days in advance.

    All online bookings close 1 hour prior to a class’ start time.

    WHAT SHOULD I DO TO CANCEL A BOOKING?

    If no payment has been made (i.e. for a Rivers member), simply log in to your account, click ‘manage bookings’ and click ‘cancel’.

    If a payment has been made, you cannot cancel your booking. However you can move it to a different day/time within your booking period.

    HOW DO I BOOK AN ACTIVITY?

    Log in to your account & follow these instructions below.

    1. Select centre

    2. Select date

    3. Select class or activity

    4. Click book

    You can also search for certain activities. Perfect if you want to attend a certain class, but don’t know when it is.

    WHICH ACTIVITIES CAN I BOOK?

    Badminton, squash, table tennis & all Rivers Group Exercise classes.

    WILL I BE ABLE TO BOOK MY PREFERRED COURT?

    Yes, if the courts are available you will be able to select the specific court you want.

    CAN I BOOK ACTIVITIES FOR SOMEBODY ELSE?

    No, your login details are user specific and you are permitted to only book activities under your own account name.

    HOW DO I BOOK IN FOR A SWIM AT THE LIDO?

    You can book in at the Droitwich Lido via our App.

    We always recommend* booking (available 2 days in advance). This can be done via our mobile app.

    *We do take drop ins, however on hot days we will be unlikely to have spaces.

    If you are having issues booking online, we are able to take bookings from the front desk or over the phone: 01905 799342 (please be aware that we are extra stretched on hot days & unlikely to be able to take calls).

  • DO I HAVE TO BE A RIVERS MEMBER TO USE THE FACILITIES?

    No, you can use the facilities on a pay-as-you-go basis. Pay-As-You-Go users however can only book classes/courts, 2 days in advance.

    DO I HAVE TO BE A RIVERS MEMEBR TO PARTAKE IN A GROUP EXERCISE CLASS?

    No, you don’t have to be a member to take part in our group exercise classes. You can pay on booking, and can book 2 days in advance.

    CAN I SIGN UP FOR A JOINT RIVERS MEMBERSHIP ONLINE?

    Joint Memberships cannot be created online. To sign up for a Rivers Joint Membership, please visit or call your centre.

    IS DROITWICH LIDO COVERED IN A RIVERS MEMBERSHIP?

    No, unfortunately the lido is separate, memberships don’t cover lido entry.

    DO YOU OFFER FREE TRIALS?

    Yes, we do.

    I’VE LOST MY MEMBERSHIP CARD, WHAT DO I DO?

    A replacement card is £5.00. Come into reception at one of our centres, and a member of our team will sort a replacement out for you.

    We also have wristbands, stickers and fobs available that you can use for quicker entry.

    A wristband will also enable you to have access to tracking your progress via our gym machines.

    WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR CONCESSIONARY PRICES?

    Those who live within Wychavon may be entitled to a Concessionary Cards if you are in receipt of one of the following: Universal Credit, Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Personal Independent Payment (PIP), Employment & Support Allowance (ESA), Pension Credit (ESA), Worcester County Council Registered Foster carers & children, Young adults leaving the care system or a student in full-time education.

    Card holders may use the building at reduced rates at all times.

    Proof of eligibility is required.

    Concessionary cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • WHAT IF I FORGET MY LOGIN INFORMATION?

    Contact us, answer some security questions and we can re-issue your pin. If you enter the incorrect pin three times your account will become locked. To unlock your account you need to contact us.

    CAN I CHANGE MY LOGIN ID AND PIN?

    Yes, simply login and select ‘edit my details’. Click ‘change pin’ and follow the instructions.

  • ARE YOU OPEN ON BANK HOLIDAYS?

    Yes, we are open on Bank Holiday Mondays.

    Our centres normally close at 5:00pm on Bank Holidays, however, please check the timetables for your specific centre.

    DO SWIMMING LESSONS RUN AS NORMAL ON BANK HOLIDAYS?

    Yes, Swimming Lessons do run on Bank Holidays. Please check the timetables for your specific centre.

    Swimming Lessons run for 50 weeks of the year, they do not run for 2 weeks over Christmas.

    DO LIVE EXERCISE CLASSES RUN ON BANK HOLIDAYS?

    Normally, our live exercise classes do not run on Bank Holiday Mondays. However, please check the timetables, or our social media accounts for any changes or updates.

  • DO I NEED A GYM INDUCTION?

    A gym induction isn’t mandatory, however you do need to show us that you’re competent using the equipment in our gyms.

    You will be required to read through our Health Statement, which can be found in our Terms and Conditions here.

    Our instructors are always around, so please just ask if you are unsure about anything.

  • WHAT CLASSES WOULD YOU RECOMMEND TO HELP WITH RECOVERY FROM KNEE, HIP OR BACK PROBLEMS?

    We would recommend our Strength & Conditioning, which is a part of the Rivers Wellness Programme (available at all of our centres). More information about the Wellness programme can be found

    WHERE CAN I FIND THE TIMETABLES?

    Our timetables for our exercise classes and our swimming timetables can be found on the page for your specific centre.
