Our Yoga classes are perfect for all abilities. Some of our classes will be specific types of Yoga, please see below for specific types we offer (if there’s no type name in the timetable, it will be a hatha yoga).

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements) and breathing.

Yoga benefits include improving flexibility, building strength, increases blood flow & makes you happier from relieving the day-to-day stresses & boosting those ‘happy’ endorphins!

  • Vinyasa

    A slow and purposeful class focusing on movement with the breath. It will include standing and seated postures to still and quieten our busy minds and will leave you feeling energised and alive. The class will end on a relaxing shavasana.

  • Hatha

    This class contains all physical postures of yoga. Hatha yoga simply refers to all the other styles of yoga (ashtanga, Iyengar, etc.) that are grounded in a physical practice & is the most general form of yoga.

  • Iyengar

    This type focuses on alignment as well as detailed and precise movements. Poses tend to be held for a long time while adjusting the minutiae of the pose
