The all new Evesham Leisure Centre gym is coming, and here’s what to expect!

We’ve got some exciting news… the gym at Evesham Leisure Centre is about to get a major upgrade.

Refurbishment work is scheduled to begin very soon, and while that means some temporary changes in the short term, it also means that a brand new gym experience is on the way, complete with new kit, new layouts and smart technology to support your fitness journey.

We’re making this investment to give you the modern, inspiring space you deserve. Whether you’re a regular gym goer or just getting started, the new setup will make it easier than every to train in a way that works for you.

So What’s Happening? And When?

Work will be starting shortly, and we’re aiming to reopen the new look gym on Saturday 23rd August. Our full opening day for everyone - members, casuals and the wider community, will be on Bank Holiday Monday (25th August).

In the meantime, we’re making sure you can still get your workouts in.

A temporary gym space will be set up using Studio 2 and the Climbing Wall area (by reception) so you can continue training throughout the 12 days of refurbishment. Here’s what will be available:

Studio 2:

  • 4 Wattbikes

  • 1 Spin Bike

Climbing Wall:

  • 2 Assault Bikes

  • Assault Treadmill

  • Barbell Rack

  • Pulse Dumbbell Rack

  • Plates rack & Olympic Bars

  • Deadlift Trap Bar

  • Preacher Bench

  • Pulse Chest Press

  • Kettlebells

  • Medicine Bells

What’s Coming in the New Gym?

We’re excited to be bringing in eGym smart strength equipment, an intuitive circuit system that personalises your workout routine, remembers your settings and strength level and tracks your progress automatically. It’s easy to use, beginner friendly and very efficient for anyone short on time.

The full refurb will also include:

  • A refreshed, more spacious layout

  • Modernised cardio and strength equipment

  • Functional training zones

  • A welcoming environment for ALL ability levels

Our team will be on hand during reopening to guide you through your new fitness space, and we’ll be adding signage and helpful resources & information to make sure you feel confident using the equipment.

We’re planning some exclusive offers for launch day, including:
