Rules

  • Maximum of 40 children per party

  • Parties currently run on Saturdays and sundays at 12:30pm

Party Schedule

12:30pm - PlayZone closes to the public

12:30pm - 12:45pm - Meet & greet with a Recreation Assistant, including a quick safety briefing

12:45pm - 2:15pm - Playtime in PlayZone (supervised by attending adults, staff available if needed)

2:15pm - 3:00pm - Party food in the sports hall (Court 4)

3:00pm - Party ends and PlayZone reopens for public sessions

Party Food

All parties will have access to a dedicated food area in the sports hall (court 4)

Pricing

£240 per party

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking

The remaining balance can be paid before or on the day of the party.

Supervision

During playtime, children must be supervised by the party organiser and attending adults. Our team will be available if any issues arise.

FAQs

  • PlayZone parties are designed for children to enjoy a fun, active soft play experience for children 10 and under.

  • PlayZone parties can accommodate up to 40 children.

  • Parties currently take place on selected Saturdays and Sundays from 12:30pm.

  • Your booking includes exclusive use of the PlayZone followed by time in the party food area located in the Sports Hall.

  • Please arrive promptly for a 12:30pm start, where a member of the team will meet & greet the group and explain the PlayZone rules.

  • Children must be supervised by the adults attending the party. Our staff will be available to assist if any issues arise.

  • Food is not included unless otherwise stated. Please contact us for more information about catering options or bringing your own food.

  • PlayZone parties are priced at £240.

  • Yes, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the party.

  • The food area for all PlayZone parties is located on Sports Hall Court 4.
