Kacey is a self-employed Personal Trainer working at Rivers, Droitwich & Pershore. She holds Level 2 & Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications and is also a Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor. In addition, she is a certified Les Mills BodyPump & GRIT instructor, bringing energy and variety to every workout.
