Front of House Supervisor

Location: Droitwich Spa Leisure Centre Salary: Circa £27,500 Closing date: 23rd October 2026
We’re looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join the team at Droitwich Spa Leisure Centre.
As the face of our leisure centre, you’ll lead our reception team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and making sure every visitor receives a warm and friendly welcome.
You’ll inspire and support the Front of House team, helping to maintain excellent customer service standards while driving membership sales and promoting the wide range of services available at the centre. Alongside leading the team, you’ll also provide reception cover when required.

Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software (desirable)
