Paul Cox
Paul is an established self-employed Personal Trainer who has trained clients across the UK. Paul’s unique style of training is not only motivating, it also gets results! Suitable for all abilities, Paul’s training will help you achieve your goals in a fun and friendly environment.
Having originally trained as a Gymnast for over 10 years, Paul has represented his home county of Hampshire and Great Britain before turning to coaching. Paul’s coaching experience has also led him into the TV and Film industry, having appeared in stunts and stage fighting routines in Harry Potter, Band of Brothers, Eastenders, Holby City & more.
