FODSL work with the local community and Wychavon Leisure to support the upkeep of the Lido, raise awareness, influence improvements, keep alive the heritage of the Lido and convey ideas from the ‘friends’ and members of the public alike.

FODSL would like to thank all those who have already become members and the public for their support in raising the awareness of the Lido, donating much needed funds and supporting all the events that have taken place over the past year.   Together we can become even stronger and keep the Lido running for many years to come.

On the 30th September 2015 a member of FODSL, Cliff Billings, met Lloyd Grossman at the launch of “Historic Pools of Britain” which represents indoor and outdoor historic pools that make a significant contribution to the social and architectural history of Britain and continue to play an important role in communities today. Both Cliff and Tim Kirkham, Droitwich Centre Manager, attended the event on behalf of Wychavon Leisure to represent The Droitwich Spa Lido.

If you wish to volunteer to help at any of our events or if you have some good ideas to promote and raise money for the Lido or if you just wish to raise a question about what we do please drop us a line at fodsl@hotmail.co.uk.
