Charlie is a fully qualified boxing instructor, looking to take on beginner & intermediate boxing clients. These sessions will get you smashing your fitness goals & improving your boxing technique. Sessions will take place in our multifunctional gym rig at Droitwich Leisure Centre.

Pete’s specialisms include core strength and tone, fat loss, muscle gain, enhanced fitness, improved flexibility and body image. He can train in many different formats to suit each individual client’s needs, ranging from one to one instruction, small group sessions up to large group exercise!

Rachel Cartwright

Rachel has been in the Fitness Industry for around 10 years & always had a keen interest in running (marathons & half marathons), long distance cycling, duathlon events & weightlifting.

I feel my knowledge and understanding of the various aspects from stretching to power lifting, puts me in a good position to help you with your fitness journey.

Kacey Smith

Kacey is a recently certified Personal Trainer at Droitwich Spa Leisure Centre. She specialises in strength training and heavy lifting - including heavy compound lifting.

Kacey believes that exercise should be seen as something that is fun and enjoyable. Emphasizing that we should exercise mainly for the way it makes us feel good, rather than for any other reasons.
