Casual Recreation Assistant/Lifeguard
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join our fun team and deliver a quality customer service!
R.L.S.S National Pool Lifeguard qualification would be advantageous; however training will be given to successful applicants to achieve the NPLQ qualification. You must be a competent swimmer for this position, please note there will be a swimming assessment.
The ideal candidates will have an outgoing personality with good people skills, and the flexibility to work on a shift rota basis working weekends and Bank Holidays.

Job Duties:
Uphold the highest standards of safety by providing lifeguard coverage for the swimming pool.
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment through routine equipment and facility sanitation.
Assist the public with enquiries and ensure a positive experience for all pool users.
Play an active role in promoting and running poolside activities.
Conduct regular equipment and building checks, reporting any defects to the Duty Manager.
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support colleagues in other areas of the facility's operations.
