Steph Grove Call For Prices
I started my fitness journey in 2003 after returning from living in Italy. Inspired by the people I met & trained with, I decided to take the plunge & make fitness my full time job. Through the years I’ve realised that fitness is much more than hitting the gym & the food you eat, it’s your environment & your relationship with yourself, & others. I love seeing not just the physical changes in my clients but the mental & emotional changes too. I believe small, sustainable lifestyle changes can have a massive impact on health & wellbeing as well as physical appearance.
After The birth of my second son, I was left unable to train for a long period of time, during which my mental health & overall wellbeing took a turn for the worst. So I understand, better than most, what it takes to start from scratch not just physically but also mentally. In the space of 12 months, I have rehauled my body & more importantly my mind.
Her qualifications include:
Level 3 personal training
Level 3 nutrition
Level 2 exercise to music
Science of fat loss
Pre & post pregnancy
Strength & conditioning Instructor
Les Mills BODYPUMP
