Our brand new state-of-the-art gym has an impressive 50 stations & is full of the newest tech to make your gym visit as easy & as fun as possible. For a more detailed look at the equipment we have, check out our video below.

Our gym is open to people of all abilities, with wheelchair accessible equipment if needed. We allow from 11 Years* & up to use our gym, however 11 – 13 year olds will require a parent or guardian to accompany them or they can join our junior gym sessions – find our more about junior gym.

 

 

 

Our Team of Personal Trainers

Our personal training service helps you achieve your health and fitness goals. Our personal trainers are (at least) qualified level 3 fitness professionals who specialise in many different areas such as weight management, injury rehabilitation, sports specific training, nutrition and flexibility. Stefanie was always very active in sports when at school, running and playing many sports for the county. When in her teenage years, she was involved in an accident which halted her progression into sport, causing her to gain a lot of weight.

Since then, she has lost over 6 stone through boxing, Muay Thai and outdoor bootcamps, achieved her qualifications, built a lot of muscle and has regained her passion for sport and the effects it has on mental health. She has hopes to further qualify in Adapting Exercise for Children and Young People.

Over the years Lorna has developed the skills and expertise to deliver safe and effective physical activities based on the individual’s requirements.
