  1. Living Well for Longer in Worcestershire

    Public Health’s new project encourages people in Worcestershire, particularly those over 50, to stay active and healthy in later life. The Living Well for Longer (LWL) project offers free resistance bands to all over 50s to improve strength and balance. Join us in embracing the benefits of exercise, regardless of age!

  2. Rivers Wellness Week - April 2024

    Join us from Monday 8th April to Sunday 14th April for Rivers Wellness Experiences - a week dedicated to your well-being. Discover various health and wellness activities across all our centres. From NHS Bus visits offering health checks to TANITA Partnership Wellness Days and Les Mills class launches, there’s something for everyone.   3. Worcestershire Walking & Inclusive Sports Festival - Droitwich Leisure Centre - June 2024

    Mark your calendars for Sunday 9th June 2024, for the Worcestershire Walking & Inclusive Sports Festival at Droitwich Leisure Centre.   4. The Health and Wellbeing Forum - Lume Cinema in Kidderminster
