BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – FAST!
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories.
Salsa Fitness was born for those active people who love to exercise in a fun but functional way. Combining Salsa with many different rhythms, makes this a great cardio workout!
You don’t need to be an expert to join – Our instructor will teach you the different basic steps of each style.
