Our personal training service helps you achieve your health and fitness goals. Our personal trainers are (at least) qualified level 3 fitness professionals who specialise in many different areas such as weight management, injury rehabilitation, sports specific training, nutrition and flexibility.
Vicky Jeffries Call
Vicky has a very active background, having danced for 8 years after originally training at the Arts Educational School in London, one of the top performing arts schools in the country. She was also a keen runner and member of the Thames Valley Harriers athletics club. Vicky also boxed for a number of years before turning her passion for fitness into a career.
Vicky has now been working in the fitness industry for 3 years and in that time she has gained the following qualifications:
Vicky’s passions and areas of expertise include weight training, strength and conditioning, flexibility, weight management, nutrition advice and boxing pad work.
Georgina Cochrane Call
Georgina found her love for fitness in school participating in a variety of sports, training at Birchfield Harriers running club & activities such as hiking, abseiling, etc. On leaving school Georgina went on to do a BTEC Diploma in Sports & a Level 2 Fitness Instructor course, which led to working with teenage girls struggling with obesity. Georgina found helping others very rewarding so decided to pursue a career in Personal Training.

Georgina can educate, guide & push you to achieving your goals with sessions that will excite, motivate & fill you with accomplishment.
Mark swam for 4 years at county level while a young teen & also rowed for Evesham for 2 years. He found his love for the gym & personal training 5 years ago, & has since been focused on expanding his knowledge. Mark specialises in strength training, muscle building as well as all round fitness. Mark is currently coaching Olympic weightlifting for a club with national standard lifters.

Stefanie Mace Call
Stefanie was always very active in sports when at school, running and playing many sports for the county. When in her teenage years, she was involved in an accident which halted her progression into sport, causing her to gain a lot of weight.
Since then, she has lost over 6 stone through boxing, Muay Thai and outdoor bootcamps, achieved her qualifications, built a lot of muscle and has regained her passion for sport and the effects it has on mental health. She has hopes to further qualify in Adapting Exercise for Children and Young People.

Paul Cox Call
Paul is an established Personal Trainer who has trained clients across the UK. Paul’s unique style of training is not only motivating, it also gets results! Suitable for all abilities, Paul’s training will help you achieve your goals in a fun and friendly environment.
Having originally trained as a Gymnast for over 10 years, Paul has represented his home county of Hampshire and Great Britain before turning to coaching. Paul’s coaching experience has also led him into the TV and Film industry, having appeared in stunts and stage fighting routines in Harry Potter, Band of Brothers, Eastenders, Holby City and more.
