We have 3 studios with over 100 classes a week! Studio 1 is a light, spacious & airy studio for classes including Spinning & Metafit, studio 2 is darker, more club-like for classes such as Les Mills Virtual™ & studio 3 is light & airy, mainly used for Cardiac Rehab & our yoga classes.
