Our personal training service helps you achieve your health and fitness goals. Our personal trainers are (at least) qualified level 3 fitness professionals who specialise in many different areas such as weight management, injury rehabilitation, sports specific training, nutrition and flexibility.

Pete Robinson Call

Pete has been working at Rivers since 2008. His time here is divided between working in the gym and instructing a range of group exercise classes- Specifically Pilates, Kettlebells, Spin, Circuits, Metafit™ & On The Ball.

Pete’s specialisms include core strength and tone, fat loss, muscle gain, enhanced fitness, improved flexibility and body image. He can train in many different formats to suit each individual client’s needs, ranging from one to one instruction, small group sessions up to large group exercise!

His qualifications include:

  • Jason Bailey

    Jason Bailey Call

    Jason has worked in the health & fitness industry for over 16 years, he thoroughly enjoys helping people of all ages and abilities.

    Over the years, he has instructed spin and circuit classes but strength training has always been his main area of interest. Jason previously competed in several ‘Powerlifting’ competitions and utilise heavy resistance in his own workouts.

    His qualifications include:

  • Adam Pritchard

    Adam Pritchard

    Adam has been working at Rivers for 15 years and been training himself for 13 years. He trains 5-6 days every week, working hard every day to keep himself in shape, practicing what he preaches.

    “I went from being a 9 stone when I left school at 16, to 12.5 stone and am now the fittest I have ever been!”

    He has a passion for helping people, motivating clients to get into the best shape of their lives and achieve the goals they set for themselves.

    His qualifications include:
