We have 2 studios with over 90 classes a week! Studio 1 is a light, airy studio for classes including Spinning and Metafit & studio 2 is darker for more club-like classes such as Les Mills Virtual™. To find out when the next class is go to our Exercise Class Timetable
Our Classes:

Riverlution
Indoor cycling classes utilising innovative exercises that target the core muscles in the stomach and back.

Circuits
With lots of variation, this high intensity session burns fat whilst focusing on cardiovascular fitness and endurance.

Pilates
Pilates develops the body uniformly, improving alignment through gentle toning and stretching exercises.

GroupGym FREE (must have gym admission)
GroupGym are group training sessions for those who want to improve their technique, learn new workouts or develop their fitness. These sessions will be ran by Jason, Adam & Pete – they are experts in helping you achieve your desired results.

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™
Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way into fitness, burning up to 740 calories along the way.
This high-energy martial arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

Les Mills BODYPUMP™
BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – FAST!
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories.

Les Mills GRIT™
Les Mills GRIT™ takes cutting-edge 30-minute HIIT workouts and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast. There are 3 different types of class which we will be alternating each week; Strength, Cardio & Athletic.

Les Mills Virtual™
The world’s leading workouts from world’s leading instructors. Delivered in the studio via projector. Includes:

H2O
An invigorating pool based workout that gently conditions the body without excess strain on muscles and joints.

Zumba
Fusing Latin music and easy-to-follow dance moves, fast & slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone your body whilst burning fat.

Urban Reboundz
Using trampettes, and played out to music, Urban Rebound is high paced fat burning workout

Bums, Tums & Thighs
A low impact workout that focuses on toning those ‘problem areas’

MetaFit
Metafit is the original 30 minute metabolic workout that just keeps working!

EazyFit
Gentle cardio workout taken at your own pace, followed by toning and stretching exercise.

Yoga
Improving breathing, circulation, digestion and hormonal balance whilst strengthening the body and developing flexibility.

On The Ball
Using gym balls, this full body workout concentrates on toning the core muscles of the abdomen, lower back and bottom.
