There are bags of different things going on at all of our centres from Virtual classes to birthday parties, so there’s plenty to keep the whole family active!

Junior Gym

Junior Gym

A specified slot in the gym where it opens to those aged 11 – 13. Rivers Fitness Instructors are on hand to offer advice, guidance & occasionally run small group training sessions.

Mondays at 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Wednesdays at 4:30pm – 5:30pm

Cheerleading

Cheerleading For 5-10 Year Olds

Cheerleading is a fun & dynamic sport which combines dance, tumbles & stunts to create a fast paced, high impact routine. Whether you have zero experience, or have been cheerleading for a while, this session is for both girls & boys of all abilities – venture out your comfort zone!

Every Friday at 3:45pm til 4:45pm.
£3.70 per child or FREE for junior members.

Parent & Toddler Swimming

Parent & Toddler Swimming

A safe and fun introduction to water, helping your child to gain confidence in the water. This is just parent & toddler session, no swim teacher will be on pool side (for swim instruction, please go to our swim lessons page).

Junior Circuits

Junior Circuits

11+ year olds can now join the regular adult sessions on Fridays at 7:00pm (when accompanied by an adult).

With lots of variation, this high intensity session burns fat whilst focusing on cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Please book at reception.

Yoga & Mindfulness for kids

Improving breathing, circulation, balance & concentration/focus whilst strengthening the body & developing flexibility. Yoga has also proven successful with helping kids deal with their day-to-day stresses of life.

Inflatable fun in a safe and supervised environment in the sports hall.

Splash Hours

Splash Hours

Organised public sessions with large floats, rubber rings and play equipment!

These sessions run weekly during term time and daily during the school holidays.
