Temporary CLOSURE of leisure facilities in England as part of national month long lockdown…
Rivers Leisure Centres will close at normal closing time on Wednesday 4th November 2020 for a minimum of 4 weeks. Whilst we are closed we will be running Facebook Live classes over on our Rivers On-Demand Page
If you pay monthly by Direct Debit:
We may not have been able to cancel your November payment at such short notice however we will carry your credit forward to when we re-open.
You will receive a letter by email from Rivers to confirm details of your next payment amount and date.
If you have a paid upfront annual or 6 month membership:
We will add the number of days we are closed to the end of your agreement.
If you have yet to reactivate your membership:
We will continue to keep your membership frozen until you tell us otherwise.
There is no need for you to freeze or cancel your membership or lessons. In fact there is nothing for you to do, we will handle all the paperwork for you.

With the centre temporarily closing, swimming lessons will stop again after Wednesday 4th November.
If you pay by direct debit:
Your November payment will be credited to your Learn2 account until we are able to resume swimming lessons.
If you pay upfront for swimming lessons:
The remaining sessions will be frozen until lessons resume.
