Centre’s Are Open – Prebooking Only

Things will be different, probably for your first visit; gym and class capacities will be reduced, social distancing requirements will be in place and new sanitation/cleaning stations will be available throughout the centres. All these steps have been introduced to ensure it is safe as possible for our staff to return to work and our customers to exercise.

We are currently running CASHLESS, all payments should be made via direct debit, debit card or credit card.

In order to accommodate as many members and other users as possible all activities will have fixed session times and will require pre-booking on our website to limit numbers to the reduced capacities of our gyms and classes. If you do not have a log in please email . We are also asking you to protect yourself and those around you by following social distancing guidance while in the centres and you may be requested to enter and leave through different doors.

On arrival you will be asked to queue outside of the centre (please adhere to social distancing) and we would therefore recommend you do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your booked session time. Face masks are required to be worn in the communal areas of the centres (such as reception, corridors & toilets). Once at your activity you may remove your mask. Lockers will be available but you are requested to bring only the minimum of belongings.

Swimming: Evesham & Droitwich Leisure centre pools have reopened & are on our booking only system. Pershore Leisure Centre’s pool will remain closed due to essential & substantial maintenance (We will update as soon as we know more). We would like to remind Pershore members that they can use their membership at Evesham & Droitwich.

We are only offering Lane swim & family lane swim sessions at the moment for social distancing. Kids can join the lane swim however must be competent swimmers. Family lane swim is £16 per lane, which allows 4 people in (An additional charge applies per extra person – maximum 6 people total).

Swim lessons are going to be restarting from 12th September, however a customer advisor will be in touch with parents who were previously signed up to discuss details.

As a not-for-profit leisure trust, we pride ourselves on the quality of our facilities and services we offer to our communities and are fully dependent on the income generated from our customers’ visits. These are very difficult and challenging times for our business at present and we will endeavor to do our very best and go the extra mile to ensure the viability of our facilities over the coming months.

Your Membership

There is no need to contact us, we will be in touch with members before we re-open.

  • All memberships are frozen and no collections have been made whilst we have been closed.
  • We will be informing direct debit members of when payments will restart and what activities you can book.
  • Annual & 6 month pre-paid memberships will be extended for the period we have been closed.
  • Also, should you be subject to continued shielding, we will of course be happy to continue to suspend your membership for as long as is needed just email us at
